Tallore is a healthy food restaurant located in Wan Chai. We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager with solid cooking and kitchen experience to help lead day-to-day store operations, supervise the team and deliver excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in both kitchen and front-of-house, manage stock and duties, and report to management. Cantonese and English communication skills are essential.

Formación

Practical cooking and kitchen work experience.
Experience supervising or leading an F&B team preferred.
Able to work independently and manage daily store operations.
Responsible, proactive, detail-minded and good at problem solving.
Willing to work hands-on in both kitchen and customer-facing operations.
Good command of Cantonese and English for communication with customers and team members.

Responsabilidades

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Supervise and lead the store team and arrange daily duties and workflow
Manage stock control, ordering, food quality and wastage
Ensure daily operating procedures, food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Support customer service, cashier and takeaway orders during busy periods
Handle day‑to‑day store issues independently and report key matters to management
Assist with staff training and part‑time manpower arrangements when required

Tallore is a healthy food restaurant in Wan Chai, serving freshly prepared bowls, salads, wraps and other healthy meals.

We are looking for a hands‑on Assistant Store Manager with solid cooking and kitchen experience to help lead the day‑to‑day operation of our store. This is a hands‑on role combining kitchen operations, team supervision and customer service.

Key Responsibilities｜主要職責

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards 按食譜及品質標準準備、烹調及處理食材
Supervise and lead the store team and arrange daily duties and workflow 帶領店舖團隊，安排每日工作及人手分配
Manage stock control, ordering, food quality and wastage 負責庫存、訂貨、食物品質及損耗管理
Ensure daily operating procedures, food safety and hygiene standards are followed 確保日常營運流程、食物安全及衛生標準得到執行
Support customer service, cashier and takeaway orders during busy periods 繁忙時段協助顧客服務、收銀及處理外賣訂單

About You｜職位要求

Practical cooking and kitchen preparation experience 具實際烹調及廚房工作經驗

Able to work independently and manage daily store operations 能獨立工作及處理店舖日常營運

Package｜待遇

HK$18,000–21,000 per month (depending on experience)

月薪 HK$18,000–21,000（視乎經驗）
