Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR professional to lead recruitment and HR services for a large frontline workforce.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, a minimum of 6 years in recruitment, and strong knowledge of the HK Employment Ordinance. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years solid recruitment experience.
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team to carry out routine talent acquisition function.

• Handle HR and CSR projects like ESG, ESLS and co. licence renewal.
• Prepare statistic reports and analysis on a regular basis.
• Support staff engagement activities and ad hoc assignments.

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
