Job summary

Gemini Personnel Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and well-established bank in Hong Kong. The role focuses on acquiring new SME customers to grow lending and CASA deposits, with end-to-end loan management and credit review duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in Business Banking or SME/Commercial Lending, strong communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin helpful).

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Banking / SME Lending / Commercial Lending.
• Knowledge of commercial credit products and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME accounts and grow CASA balance to meet KPI targets.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline through personal network and branch referrals.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide suitable financial solutions, with cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end loan process from application to drawdown.
• Prepare credit proposals and perform regular credit reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC/CDD, data protection and regulatory requirements.
