WallStone Partners & Company Limited is partnering with a well-established financial institution in Hong Kong to appoint an experienced SME Business Development Manager.

You will develop new SME client relationships, acquire new-to-bank accounts and deposits, and identify business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.

Formación

• 2–5 years in SME/commercial Banking or Business Development.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and deposits.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Hong Kong banking experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new SME customer relationships and acquire new-to-bank accounts.
• Identify business opportunities through proactive sales activities, referrals and networking.
• Acquire new CASA / deposit accounts and grow the SME customer portfolio.
• Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and onboarding processes.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Requirements:

• Banking experience in Hong Kong is highly preferred
