About the role

Reporting to Manager, Business Loan Acquisition, you will support SME lending growth through channel coordination and marketing campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

Execute business development strategies to achieve SME lending targets

Coordinate with branches and direct channels to promote banking products

Assist in planning and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and prepare tracking reports

Manage campaign budget and expense settlement

About you

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

Minimum 5 years' experience in retail banking, with branch operation exposure preferred

Solid knowledge of banking products, operations and marketing

Proven track record in campaign execution is an advantage

Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure

Good command of English and Chinese.
