Job summary

Travel Expert Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to manage the full HR spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to compensation, benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

You will maintain accurate employee records, oversee leave and benefits administration, ensure policy compliance with Hong Kong regulations, and support management with HR reporting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years' all-rounded HR experience.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded and able to handle confidential information.

Job description

Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, training coordination, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years' all-rounded HR experience.

Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-minded, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player.
