The Women's Clinic in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to build and lead the HR function for a growing healthcare group. You will shape HR strategy, policies, and governance, while ensuring HK compliance and driving payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR function for our growing healthcare and medical services group in Hong Kong.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to build and professionalize the HR infrastructure from the ground up while providing strategic HR leadership to support business growth. The successful candidate will be both a strategic business partner and an operational HR leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and establish strong HR foundations, processes, policies, and systems.
The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensures compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations, drives talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and supports organizational development as the company continues to expand.
Lead the overall HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and growth plans.
Establish, review, and maintain human resources policies, employee handbook, SOPs, and HR governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with all applicable Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
Manage payroll administration and oversee employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, leave administration, MPF, and other wellness initiatives.
Oversee general office administration and support day-to-day administrative operations of the back office.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Proven experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Demonstrated experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Experience leading HR transformation, process improvement, or HRIS implementation projects is highly preferred.
Prior healthcare, medical, clinic, hospital, or professional services industry experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience building or enhancing HR functions within a growing organization.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
Candidate with more experience will be considered Senior Manager, Human Resources.
