Li Ning Sports (Hong Kong) Co Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager to align HR strategy with business goals across corporate and retail networks in Hong Kong.
The role partners with regional leaders to translate objectives into market-ready HR initiatives, manages manpower budgeting and succession planning, and ensures compliance with local laws while driving talent development and engagement.
Partner with regional leadership and retail operations heads to translate commercial objectives into agile, market-ready HR strategies across corporate and retail store networks.
Formulate, monitor, and manage manpower cost budgeting and headcount planning to ensure optimal resource allocation in line with business operations, and seasonal peak requirements.
Align local people initiatives with global/regional corporate mandates while maintaining competitive positioning within the local retail talent landscape.
Serve as a trusted advisor to functional heads, store managers, and corporate leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring.
Deliver targeted coaching to line managers and store leaders to elevate leadership capabilities, team retention, and frontline productivity.
Provide strategic counsel and conflict resolution for complex employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters across both office and retail teams.
Cultivate a customer-centric, high-retention workplace culture that bridges corporate office staff and frontline retail teams.
Design and execute engagement, wellness, and recognition programs with quantifiable metrics to minimize frontline retail turnover and elevate employee morale.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including high-volume retail talent acquisition, frontline commission/incentive structures, and annual performance cycles.
Lead and execute core annual total rewards exercises, including corporate medical and general insurance scheme reviews/renewals, annual salary review benchmarking, and performance-based bonus payouts.
Ensure strict compliance with the Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance, retirement fund regulations, Minimum Wage Ordinance, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and occupational health standards.
Optimize HR systems (HRIS, time/attendance, and roster management) to streamline operational workflows and enhance workforce analytics.
Direct daily office administration, vendor management, procurement of office supplies/equipment, and maintenance contracts.
Manage corporate office lease agreements, tenancy renewals, space planning, renovation projects, and office health & safety protocols.
Coordinate cross-functional administrative support for corporate events and internal communications.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline
10+ years of HR experience, including managerial experience in fashion retail or related industries
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with HK Labor Laws and taxation; with Macau Labour Law and relations is an advantage
Proficient in MS applications and analysis tools
Proficient in both written and spoken in Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
