Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is expanding its Health Sales Enablement function to strengthen distribution through trusted relationships with agency leaders and key agents. The role focuses on handling health underwriting enquiries, coaching pre-underwriting, and delivering practical training to boost submission quality and sales capabilities.

Qualifications

• Solid track record in underwriting with at least 6 years relevant experience in life insurance underwriting.
• Professional qualification in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• University Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) including Putonghua.
• PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Distribution Engagement & Health Sales Enablement: Build and sustain trusted, proactive relationships with agency leaders and key agents across channels; surface field pain points and strengthen confidence in selling health.
• Health Underwriting Enquiry Handling & Case Escalation: Serve as the primary contact for agents’ health underwriting questions; coach pre-underwriting and case packaging to ensure high-quality submissions.
• Health Training and Capability Building: Build practical modules covering pre-underwriting, execute workshops, webinars and coaching clinics; track knowledge adoption and refine content with stakeholders.

Health Underwriting Enquiry Handling & Case EscalationServe as the primary contact for agents’ health underwriting questionsCoach pre-underwriting and case packaging to ensure complete, high-quality submissions, reduce turnaround time and improve straight-through rates.3.
