Prudential Hong Kong is seeking an experienced wealth management professional to lead client engagements with agents and high-net-worth individuals. You will identify needs, design integrated wealth solutions, and coordinate with legal, tax and premium financing partners to deliver comprehensive plans.

The role emphasizes proactive client service, market knowledge, and strong communication across Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. A professional license and ongoing certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Wealth Management, Business, Law or related discipline.
• 5+ years in wealth management, private banking, or financial planning with HNW clients.
• Licensed with Insurance Authority or relevant regulatory approvals if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-case discussions with agents and identify client needs and wealth opportunities.
• Design integrated wealth solutions covering insurance, legacy planning, premium financing, trust, retirement, and succession.
• Coordinate with external partners to execute client solutions and ensure follow-through.
• Engage in client meetings with agents/partners and support closing opportunities.

Job Descriptions

Pre-Case Consultation & Case Strategy

• Conduct pre-case discussions with agents with business opportunities.
• Identify client needs, risk exposures, and wealth planning opportunities including product comparison to highlight Prudential proposition.
• Design integrated wealth solutions covering insurance, legacy planning, premium financing, trust, retirement, and succession needs.
• Recommend suitable combination of products and/or VAS offerings

Joint Field Work & Client Engagement

• Participate in client meetings together with agents and/or VAS partner and assist in closing.
• Provide professional and neutral wealth advisory support.
• Facilitate discussions on complex wealth planning topics.

Wealth Solutions & VAS Management

• Coordinate with external professional partners including:
• Trust providers / Legal firms / Tax advisors / Family office partners / Retirement service providers / Premium financing banks
• Ensure smooth execution of client solutions and follow-through

Agent Capability Development

• Deliver specialized wealth topics trainings, Premium Financing/Reversed Mortgage/Trust/Business Insurance / CIES.
• Coach agents on fact-finding, risk identification, solution development, and HNW sales practices.
• Share market trends and best practices and comment on new products in development.
• Raise overall wealth management competency across the agency force.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, in Finance, Wealth Management, Business, Law, Insurance, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in wealth management, private banking, insurance advisory, financial planning, or HNW client servicing.
• You are required to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,3&5) or any licenses if your job involves regulated activities
• PC skills in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and Chinese character typing
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, mature, initiative & customer service oriented
• Strong communications skills with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
