Wemine Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Development and Marketing to win new business, understand client needs, and close deals with strategic onboarding actions and technology products.

You will grow the marketing team, train juniors, and craft compelling presentations, while contributing to cross-border marketing initiatives across platforms like WeChat, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Ability to segment problems and articulate ideas.
• Experience of studying or working abroad a plus.
• Experience of social media marketing a plus.
• Strong storytelling, especially using PowerPoint presentations.

Q1 – Q2Concept and product knowledge- Acquire concepts about social media — organic and paid exposure, the creative ideation process, common performance metrics- Understand UX differences between social platforms and how they shape user expectations and interaction with content- Learn the limitations of different social chat-apps

Q3 – Q4Strategy planning- Learn how to build marketing strategy plans around a client’s identified business problems- Propose suitable KPIs across advertising channels — from the many metrics available — for the planned strategy
