EternityX Marketing Technology Limited is seeking a driven influencer marketing professional to lead KOL campaigns across major China platforms, notably Xiaohongshu. You will advise clients on effective influencer strategies and manage a small execution team to optimize campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in KOL marketing, strong Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and hands-on AI workflow experience. This role offers rapid growth within a global agency network and visa support where needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing/Advertising or related business discipline.
• At least 3 years in KOL/influencer marketing or account servicing.
• Experience with China social platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat).
• Fluent Cantonese; strong English and Mandarin.
• Experience deploying AI tools and automated workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Less-experienced candidates may be considered as Associate Account Manager.

About the Role:

You will be the driving force behind influencer marketing campaigns that help global brands engage Chinese audiences. You’ll lead KOL campaign execution across China social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, partner with clients and act as an advisor on developing engaging influencer marketing strategies that meet their marketing objectives. It will be a great opportunity for you to expand brand exposure and be at the forefront of China’s influencer ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first contact point for clients; understand their marketing objectives and advise influencer marketing strategies that meet their needs
• Lead a small team on the implementation of KOL campaigns across China social media platforms e.g. Xiaohongshu
• Build and maintain relationship with influencers and KOLs to optimise future collaboration/ partnerships
• Work with the team on campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Provide high quality of clients servicing; build and maintain long-term client relationship

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the KOL/ influencer marketing/ account servicing
• Solid experience in handling China social media platforms e.g. Xiaohongshu, Wechat etc
• Fluent Cantonese; good command of English & Mandarin
• Proven ability to build, deploy, and manage AI agents and automated workflows using platforms such as Claude or equelivent tool (Projects/Skills), Custom GPTs, Zapier, Make, Dify, or Workbuddy is highly desirable
• Demonstrated/practical experience leveraging AI tools to optimize daily business processes, construct prompt frameworks, and improve operational productivity would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal; communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn, proactive and customer-oriented
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Account Manager
