The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority invites applications for an experienced administration professional to support the PA Division across daily operations, records, and resources management in Hong Kong.

You will coordinate office workflows, provide secretarial support to committees, and liaise with multiple teams to ensure efficient operations. A university degree and 8+ years of experience are required, with fluency in English and Chinese preferred.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, languages, performing arts, arts or cultural studies or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in a statutory body or large non-profit.
  • Strong organization and planning skills with practical knowledge of administrative duties.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of day-to-day office administration and workflows across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide core support in administering and financial matters including resources allocation and recruitment.
  • Consolidate records and generate reports for management review.
  • Develop and lead administrative systems and workflows for PA Division and future venues.
  • Plan and arrange office resources, spaces, equipment, and daily logistics.
  • Supervise multiple tasks and liaise with PA teams and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Performing Arts Committee and Xiqu Centre Advisory Panel when needed.
  • Provide personal secretarial support to management where required.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.You will be responsible for:providing core support in managing the administration and financial matters such as resources allocation, recruitment exercise etc.; consolidate and generate records, report for management’s review;devising and leading an administrative system and workflows which support the effective management of the teams and the daily office administration of PA Division, on current office-wide as well as the venue-wide in the future;managing the planning and arrangements of office resources for the offices, including workspaces, equipment, office necessities, office general storage, daily office logistics etc;supervising multiple tasks, performing routine office and administrative tasks and liaising with various PA teams and the departments in WKCDA on authority-wide processes on ensuring the efficient daily running of PA Division;performing secretarial support for the Performing Arts Committee and Xiqu Centre Advisory Panel where necessary; andproviding personal secretarial support to the management where necessary.performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the AuthorityYou should:possess a recognized university degree preferably in business administration, language, performing arts, arts or cultural studies, arts management, education or equivalent;have at least 8 years working experience, preferably with administrative experience in statutory body, non-profit making organization, institutions or other large organization;have good organization and planning skills, possess practical knowledge and experience in administrative duties;demonstrate strong administrative and multi-tasking skills, and high attention to details;demonstrate strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as self-motivated personality and be able to work independently and provide quality, timely support and delivery;possess understanding and experience of the different day-to-day office administration and operational workflows, and be able to coordinate with different teams, Divisions / Departments and working counterparts as required;have knowledge of the principles of office management including organization, work flow, forms, supplies, equipment, policies and procedures;be highly organized, reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently with problem-solving skills;have good interpersonal and communication skills; andhave excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Chinese.For interested parties, please submit your application with detailed CV on or before following date.
