AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive HR services and strategic advisory support across functions. The role emphasizes casual labour management, payroll operations, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced event environment.

You will lead recruitment up to manager level, manage payroll and MPF administration, and regularly create HR analytics reports while collaborating with internal clients and vendors to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, or related disciplines.
• 6–8 years HR experience in sizeable organisations; event/hospitality/F&B preferred.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized and flexible.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal clients to provide HR services and advice on various HR functions.
• Oversee Casual Labour Management, weekly payroll operations, MPF administration, annual tax filing, maintenance of related systems, agency performance evaluation and manpower planning.
• Manage casual labor agencies/leaders to coordinate the daily operations of casual labor, including scheduling, wage management, performance reviews, and ad-hoc manpower requests based on event needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process up to the manager level, collaborating closely with hiring managers from identifying requirements to extending offers.
• Regularly compile and maintain HR data analysis reports.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
• 6-8 years of all-round HR experience gained in sizeable organizations. Experience in the event, hospitality or F&B industry is preferred.
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast paced, and flexible at work.
• A team player with a proactive, detailed and result-oriented mindset, a fast learner, able to work independently, with solid skills in talent recruitment and development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
