Job summary

Eton Properties Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to lead full-cycle recruitment and attract top talent across the business.

You will develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with growth, monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and support succession planning and transformation initiatives. The role requires proactive, results-driven individuals who can work under pressure. Experience in real estate recruitment in Hong Kong is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of solid recruitment experience in Hong Kong.
• Familiar with Hong Kong & China recruitment market, particularly in real estate industry
