Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a high-caliber HR leader in Hong Kong to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. The role partners with business leaders to craft strategic HR initiatives, revamp compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with local laws.

The successful candidate will drive HRIS improvements, manage employee relations, and develop policies to sustain a high-performance culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Solid work experience in handling HR operations and management.
  • Understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and offboarding processes.

  • Drive the end-to-end revamp of the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary benchmarking, job grading, benefits review, incentive schemes, and policy enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards while managing employee records, contracts, and HR audits.
  • Oversee HR operations and HRIS administration, continuously improving processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, strengthen employee retention, and support organizational growth and transformation.

The Role

  • Proven understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must.
