Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage Workday-enabled employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth system experience.

You will provide workforce analytics to support HR decisions, maintain data governance and process integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement that enhances the employee experience. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' HR Operations experience are required; Workday expertise is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, People Analytics, or HR Transformation.
• Hands-on Workday experience is required.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process Workday-enabled employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Resolve system, workflow, and data-related issues to deliver a seamless experience.
• Provide workforce analytics and insights to support HR and business decisions.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, and process integrity.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen employee experience.
