Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join their client-focused team in Hong Kong. You will help design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs across a premier mixed-use environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business and 4+ years in compensation/benefits or HR generalist roles, with strong HRIS knowledge and communication skills. On-site work in Hong Kong with collaborative, fast-paced dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in compensation and benefits or HR generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of compensation principles and benefits administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Collaborative team player who adapts well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of compensation programs including salary structures and job descriptions.
• Support benefits programs: health/dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, perks.
• Serve as a point of contact for compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain and update HRIS with employee data, compensation, and benefits enrollments.
• Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
• Contribute to annual benefits renewal and broker/provider coordination.
• Provide general HR support on policies and procedures.
• Assist with lifecycle events (hiring, promotions, terminations).
• Contribute to HR programs, initiatives, and best practices.
• Support HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Specialist on special projects.
