We are seeking an exceptional, high-caliber Assistant General Manager to join our executive leadership team. Based at the headquarters, you will oversee, command, and support the management teams across all our managed properties. Beyond ensuring operational excellence and providing back-end support, you will be a key architect in driving corporate administration, formulating corporate strategies, and actively unlocking new business opportunities through your industry influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Governance: Act as a core member of the management team to design, implement, and drive company-wide administrative, operational, and business development strategies.
- Portfolio Oversight & Command: Oversee and steer all property management site teams. Provide robust back-end support, evaluate performance, and ensure consistency in high-quality service delivery across the entire portfolio.
- Business Development & Synergistic Growth: Leverage existing property management contracts and strong relationships with owners/developers to discover and secure new opportunities.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Maintain and expand a high-level network of landlords, property owners, developers, and government authorities to strengthen the company’s market presence and reputation.
- Team Leadership: Command, inspire, and influence senior site managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring organizational alignment with corporate goals.
Requirements:
- Working Experience: 15 years of extensive experience at senior management level in real estate industry.
- Diverse Industry Knowledge: A well-rounded understanding of the full property lifecycle, including Property Management, Asset Management, Valuation, Leasing, and Building Conversion.
- Deep Property Management Expertise: Possess extensive, proven experience in senior property management. You must deeply understand how to use property management as a foundation to establish deep client trust and network building.
- Strong Leadership & Commanding Presence: Proven track record of managing, guiding, and commanding multiple property management teams or managers. You must have the professional authority and high emotional intelligence to lead experienced site heads.
- Excellent Network & Influence: Highly connected within the real estate/property sector with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive new business acquisition.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional analytical, administrative, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to look beyond daily operations to focus on macro-level business growth.
- Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
