An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the full operations, commercial performance, and strategic growth of a growing serviced apartment portfolio in Hong Kong. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead cross-functional teams across Sales & Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and IT while preparing the business for future expansion.

Client Details

Our client is a rapidly growing hospitality and accommodation operator with an expanding portfolio of serviced apartment and long-stay residential properties in Hong Kong. With multiple properties already in operation and additional expansion plans in the pipeline, the organization is seeking a commercially driven and operationally strong General Manager to lead the business through its next phase of growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences and sustainable financial performance.

Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will take full ownership of the overall business performance, operational excellence, and strategic development of multiple serviced apartment properties across Hong Kong. The successful candidate will lead a sizeable team comprising Sales & Marketing professionals, Operations staff, and corporate support functions including Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

This position will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while ensuring consistent service standards across all properties. The General Manager will develop and execute commercial strategies, oversee budgeting and financial management, optimize operational processes, and strengthen team capability and engagement. As the business continues to expand, the role will also play a key part in opening and integrating new properties, establishing best practices, and building a scalable operating platform capable of supporting future growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both strategic and operational priorities, working closely with senior stakeholders while maintaining strong visibility across frontline operations and customer service delivery.

Profile

The successful applicant will possess extensive hospitality management experience with proven responsibility for full P&L management, operational leadership, and commercial performance. Candidates with direct experience managing serviced apartments, long-stay accommodation, co-living businesses, or residential hospitality operations will be highly regarded.

Our client is particularly interested in hospitality leaders who have independently managed large-scale operations as General Manager within established Mainland China hotel groups, especially well-known midscale and select-service brands. Experience leading multi-functional teams, driving operational transformation, increasing occupancy and profitability, and supporting business expansion will be essential.

Strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership capability are critical for success in this role. Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred, alongside strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
