Job Title: Assistant Finance Business Partner (Hong Kong)

The Impact you’ll make:

• Support operational decisions by means of sound business analysis and an “outside in” focus.
• Support execution of organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan.
• Monitor the financial position of the Market, Business and Function.
• Assist with month-end closing by delivering timely and relevant reports, analyzing variances against benchmarks, and providing insights to improve business operations.
• Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and provide actionable insights where needed (e.g. margin/cost/productivity improvement).
• Coordinate and assist in preparing the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and Budget reviews, financial modeling and variance/trend analysis.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams, gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial controls.
• Receive predetermined work assignments that are subject to a high level of control and review.
• Consistently work on assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues.
• Support Finance Business Partner on the ad-hoc analysis including Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The Skills and Knowledge you’ll bring:

• University degree in business related disciplines e.g. Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• At least 3 years solid experience in business partnering, FP&A or management accounting.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative skills, and financial modelling expertise, detailed-oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills, adaptable to change.
