TVB Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial analysis, review pricing strategies for business projects and services, and act as a trusted finance business partner across departments. You will oversee revenue recognition, support budgeting, forecasts, and long-term plans, prepare regular reports, and drive performance insights.

Candidates should have ACCA/HKICPA, 6–8 years of experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting with professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/HKICPA).
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Oversee and validate key financial calculations, such as commissions and incentives, and prepare related performance reports.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Act as a finance business partner, communicating effectively with other departments on system and process-related matters.
• Support the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop regular financial reports and analysis to support strategic business planning and decision-making.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting with professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/HKICPA)
• Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• High proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
