Job summary

TTM Technologies Trading (Asia) Company Limited is seeking a finance professional to consolidate monthly and quarterly management reports, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to management.

The role supports budgeting and rolling forecasts for the HK office and manufacturing plants, analyzes revenue, gross margin, and operating costs, and assists with month-end close, cash flow forecasting and internal controls. Travel to China plants may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting (required).
• Qualified accountant - ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' FP&A, management accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience, preferably with Mainland China exposure.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost accounting knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle).
• English fluent; Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Willingness to travel to China plants periodically.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for HK office and plants.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, cash flow and capex; provide actionable insights.
• Assist with cost accounting analyses, standard cost reviews, PPV, inventory and yield/scrap analysis.
• Collaborate with plant controllers and department heads across the region.
• Assist month-end close, balance sheet reviews, cash flow forecast, consolidated results.
• Build/maintain financial models for ad-hoc analyses and capex business cases.
• Support audits and internal control requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including flash reports, variance analysis against budget/forecast, and performance commentary for regional and group management

Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for the HK office and manufacturing plants

Analyze financial performance - revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, cashflow and capex - and provide actionable insights to management

Support cost accounting analysis: standard cost reviews, purchase price variance, inventory and yield/scrap analysis, plant cost control initiatives

Work closely with plant controllers and department heads across the region.

Assist with month-end close, balance sheet reviews, cashflow forecast, management reports/presentation material and consolidation of plants' results

Build and maintain financial models for ad-hoc analysis, capex business cases

Support external/internal audit and internal control requirements

Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes

Requirements

University degree in Accounting

Qualified accountant - ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years' experience with relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis

Manufacturing industry experience, preferably with exposure to Mainland China operations, is strongly preferred

Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting

Advanced MS Excel skills; hands-on ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese

Willingness to travel to China plants periodically

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, able to work independently under tight deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across cultures and functions
