Job summary

Fosun International Securities Limited is looking for a finance business partner to support multiple business lines including Wealth & Investment Platform, RWA & Digital Assets, and Insurance Brokerage. You will lead pricing governance, budgeting, and performance monitoring while engaging in business reviews with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in FP&A or external audit, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A or external audit; minimum 2 years in financial services or fintech.
• In-depth understanding of revenue models in at least one of the following sectors: fund distribution, insurance brokerage, securities brokerage, digital assets, payments or corporate treasury.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated finance business partner for assigned business lines (e.g., Wealth & Investment Platform, RWA & Digital Assets, Insurance Brokerage). Attend business reviews and participate in key commercial decisions.
• Run financial feasibility assessments for new product launches, channel partnerships and fee structures. Analyse commission splits, gross margin, cash flow impacts and revenue recognition implications.
• Review contracts and expense applications; implement joint approval workflows with operations teams; identify risks around revenue recognition, taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Support business units to finalise their annual budgets; track monthly performance against plan, conduct variance root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop unit economics segmented by product, customer and channel for each business unit, and ensure full alignment between operational data and financial ledgers.
• Track returns on headcount, marketing and channel investments, and propose resource reallocation plans.
• Establish end-to-end financial frameworks for newly launched business lines and new market entries.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related fields.

3–6 years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or external audit; minimum 2 years working in financial services or fintech.

In-depth understanding of revenue models in at least one of the following sectors: fund distribution, insurance brokerage, securities brokerage, digital assets, payments or corporate treasury.

Able to negotiate pricing and investment plans with business stakeholders while strictly enforcing financial controls.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese; advanced Excel skills.

HKICPA or ACCA qualification (preferred).

Big 4 audit background with financial services client exposure (preferred).

Hands-on experience building finance business partner frameworks and end-to-end approval workflows from scratch (preferred).
