Qualifications

• At least 3 years solid experience in business partnering, FP&A or management accounting.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative skills, and financial modelling expertise.
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operational decisions by means of sound business analysis and an “outside in” focus.
• Support execution of organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan.
• Monitor the financial position of the Market, Business and Function.
• Assist with month-end closing by delivering timely and relevant reports, analyzing variances against benchmarks, and providing insights to improve business operations.
• Identify risks and opportunities to current financial projections and provide actionable insights.
