Swire Properties, Hong Kong, seeks an Assistant Engineer (E&M) to join the Technical Services Team at Pacific Place. The role covers operation and maintenance of building services across the Pacific Place portfolio to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and can communicate effectively in English and Chinese. Proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office is expected.

Formación

• Degree holder in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in commercial building operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain building services systems across Pacific Place properties.
• Assist in environmental and energy-saving projects.
• Supervise contractors and in-house technicians.
• Monitor building services alterations and improvements.
• Handle enquiries and emergency callouts; prepare technical reports.
