Job summary

Sodexo (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Account Manager to lead operational delivery for the assigned account in Hong Kong. You will own the P&L, champion Food & Work Safety, and drive service excellence while managing multiple sites and teams across the contract.

The role requires building strong client relationships and guiding the evolution of the service offering to meet client needs. You will collaborate with guests, clients and staff at all levels, leveraging bilingual Chinese and English

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy.
• 8 years' experience in service catering industry.
• Experience using Microsoft Office package.
• Operational knowledge to manage multi-site/multi-service operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests, clients and employees at all levels.
• Management of Profit and Loss accounts and acting on results.
• Bi-lingual Chinese & English.
• Culinary skill set is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will act in partnership with the company to manage and lead the operational delivery for their designated business area by driving forward initiatives in all areas, specifically:

Take responsibility for the full operational operation and development for assigned account.

Fully responsible for P&L for assigned account.

Be the Food & Work Safety Champion, overseeing and ensuring the principles, policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and managed on an ongoing basis.

Proactively engage and manage the team/s to deliver the agreed service levels and KPI’s as per the contractual requirements.

Manage excellent service delivery and support clients with ad-hoc requirements.

Help to build strong relationships with the client.

Innovation approach to the evolution of the offer

Responsible of Contract, Project, P&L and large team management

Help in the delivery of profitable growth through contract delivery and client/guest relationships.

Help develop business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs.

Requirement:

Good standard of literacy and numeracy.

8 years’ experience in service catering industry.

Experienced in using Microsoft Office Package.

Proven operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi-site/multi service operations.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests, clients and employees at all levels.

Management of Profit and Loss Accounts and acting on their results.

Good in both Chinese & English.

Culinary skill set is a plus.
