Job summary

CL Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Cafe Deco Group in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a diverse team, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability across venues.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and bilingual Chinese/English communication. You will ensure hygiene standards, regulatory compliance, and coordinate with landlords as needed.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in F&B, casual or fine dining.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall business operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the restaurant.

Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Manage and train the team to maintain high standards of service and employee development.

Monitor inventory and costs to ensure financial health of the business.

Maintain hygiene and safety standard, and compliance with laws and regulations

Enforce the Group’s policies and procedures at all times

Manage landlord (leasing and property management) relationships

Requirements

Higher Diploma in related disciplines

At least 5 years management experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in casual or fine dining.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets

Outgoing and approachable personality with an open mind, good communication skills and creativity

Ability in marketing and brand management, capable of developing and executing marketing strategies to attract customers

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation
