Job summary

Apple Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Apple Pay eCommerce adoption across Greater China, through strategic partnerships with merchants, PSPs, and enablers.

The role focuses on merchant app and web acceptance, and improving user experience through collaboration with Apple Pay leaders and product teams. You should have deep knowledge of online payments, the e-commerce ecosystem, and be technically versed to lead iOS SDK enablement discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience evangelising payment products to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ability to navigate complex partner landscapes and close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Experience with online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes and processors.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create strategic partnerships to grow Apple Pay eCommerce adoption.
• Navigate partner landscape, identify decision makers and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, testing and GTM plans.
• Manage partnerships with features and ongoing support to drive usage.
• Communicate partnership strategy and results to internal teams.
• Occasional regional travel.
