Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Digital Products in Hong Kong to drive the development of a holistic product and innovation narrative for Greater China. You will create sales collateral, pricing, legal agreements, and combined implementation guides across the region.

You will own product lifecycles from readiness to deployment, work with market teams to identify opportunities, and leverage data analytics to improve products and payments workflows. Fluent Cantonese and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in financial services, with card products and digital payments.
• Experience delivering digital products including tokenization, authentication, instalment, contactless and QR solutions.
• Strong analytical capabilities using data to drive performance and insights.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for tokenization-related products (e.g. SCOF, agent pay, Click to Pay).
• Serve as SME for instalment and tokenization products for customers and Mastercard teams.
• Own product management lifecycle from readiness to deployment and operational support.
• Collaborate with market teams to map payment landscape and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide solutions for authentication and payment credential management.
• Coordinate with Global team to capture trends and implement market requirements.
• Create and execute programs aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to derive insights for product and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and present insights in business language.
