KPay Group in Hong Kong seeks a Product Owner for Global Payments, owning the end-to-end experience across Local & Cross-Border payments, cards, and banking solutions. You will translate complex payment flows into intuitive user journeys, working across Web, Mobile, and API channels.

You will drive product strategy, prioritize features based on data, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact MVPs and iterative improvements in a fast-growing

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in Product Ownership or equivalent within Fintech/Payments/Banking.
• Strong UX/UI design capability with product-thinking.
• Proven ability to analyze user behavior via tests, interviews, heatmaps, and surveys.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
• Technical literacy in APIs and architecture is a plus.

• Own the end-to-end journey from UX flow design to launch and optimization.
• Architect intuitive onboarding, core product usage, key actions, and post-sales experiences across Web, Mobile, and Enterprise API channels.
• Translate complex payment/card logic into seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to implement high-impact solutions.
• Leverage insights and analytics to optimize the journey.
• Prioritize strategically, balancing user experience, business value, and feasibility.
• Build MVPs with speed and iterate based on real-world feedback.
