Job summary

MSCI Inc. is seeking an experienced Events leader for the APAC region to plan and execute high-impact client events across multiple markets. You will oversee end-to-end event management, coordinating with sales, product, research and marketing to define objectives, success metrics and governance.

Travel within the region will be required as part of delivering exceptional client experiences. The role requires strong vendor management, budget oversight, and the ability to engage senior

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the financial industry.
• Experience delivering multi-market events in APAC.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end in-person and virtual client events across APAC from concept to follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, product, research and marketing to define objectives and success metrics.
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets, approvals and governance.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver on time, within budget, with high standards; monitor performance and resolve issues on site.
• Work with speakers on agendas, briefs and rehearsals.
• Apply MSCI brand standards to event materials and collateral.
