Job summary

lululemon seeks a Corporate Security & Facilities Manager - APAC based in Hong Kong to lead workplace experience, vendor management, and security across APAC SSCs and LLOs.

You will drive global standards while tailoring to local needs, ensuring compliant, brand-aligned workplaces and cross-functional collaboration with Global Facilities, Asset Protection, People & Culture, Finance, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
• Experience in multi-site APAC environments preferred.
• Experience managing vendors and contract performance.
• Experience with workplace projects (moves, renovations, upgrades).
• Ability to operate within global models and deliver locally.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC workplace experience strategy, ensuring offices are premium, brand-aligned, and performance-enabled.
• Set consistent standards for office supplies and space experience and resolve complex issues.
• Manage the Hong Kong SSC as the CoE, with office coordinator(s) ensuring front desk standards.
• Ensure all touchpoints meet brand standards and support performance.
• Implement global corporate security standards across APAC SSCs and LLOs.
• Adapt global playbooks to local risk, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Support audits, risk reviews, vendor oversight, and corrective action tracking.
• Support implementation of global facilities operating models across APAC while adapting to local requirements.
• Execute service delivery frameworks (SLAs, KPIs) and vendor performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of service through vendor coordination.
• Partner with Global Facilities to implement playbooks, SOPs, and tools.
• Leverage global resources to support operational efficiency and consistency.
• Share regional feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support delivery of workplace projects including moves, renovations, and small-scale expansions.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders on project coordination and execution.
