Job summary

lululemon, a leader in performance apparel, seeks a Senior Director of Business Planning and Operations for APAC. You will drive enterprise strategy, enable cross-functional programs, and oversee complex initiatives to grow the APAC business.

This role partners with regional leadership to set data-driven plans and governance across markets. You will shape the 5-year plan, coordinate enterprise planning, and lead transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and coordinate regional planning, aligning with APAC GM and Enterprise Strategy.
• Oversee enterprise & regional rhythm of business forums, including monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Lead GTM transformation roadmap with digital tools and process redesign.
• Oversee APAC Analytics roadmap and leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Support sustainability targets and APAC storytelling across internal/external channels.
