Job summary

Lululemon seeks a Director, Supply Chain Environment to lead climate, water, and waste initiatives across its manufacturing partners in APAC. You will drive measurable environmental improvements and partner with suppliers, industry groups, and NGOs to advance the company’s Impact Agenda.

Based in Hong Kong, the role requires deep collaboration with sustainability, sourcing, production, legal, and product quality teams, and will oversee a team of 8–10 experts across the region.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years experience in apparel or footwear supply chains.
• Ten years implementing environmental or product sustainability programs related to climate and/or water.
• Direct experience working with suppliers on environmental programs, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment with cross-functional engagement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with external groups in the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental sustainability strategy and multi-year roadmap across manufacturing partners, focusing on Asia.
• Drive decarbonization programs to reduce Scope 3 emissions via vendor programs and renewable energy.
• Lead water initiatives with scalable facility targets, roadmaps, and monitoring.
• Set vendor performance expectations and integrate into sourcing strategy.
• Improve supplier environmental data quality and create insights for decision-making.
• Partner with industry stakeholders to define multi-brand solutions to industry problems.
• Represent in regional collaborations (aii, ACEC, Cascale).
• Serve as senior regional environmental expert integrating sustainability into sourcing/production teams.
• Lead a team of 8-10 environmental and supply chain professionals.
