lululemon Athletica is seeking a Corporate Security & Facilities Manager for APAC to lead facilities management and corporate security across APAC SSCs and LLOs. Based in Hong Kong, you will partner with Global Facilities and local teams to apply global standards while accommodating local needs.

The role emphasizes safe, compliant, and premium workplace environments, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, People & Culture, and Legal to enable business operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in facilities management, workplace operations or corporate real estate.
• Experience in multi-site APAC environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC workplace experience strategy and ensure premium, brand-aligned offices.
• Set standards for office supplies and space experience and resolve complex issues.
• Manage the Hong Kong SSC as the center of excellence with front desk governance.
• Ensure touchpoints meet brand standards and support performance.
• Coordinate with Global Facilities, Asset Protection and Finance for operations.
