Responsibilities

• Translate global priorities into execution plans with milestones.
• Lead regional and global programs from design to handover.
• Support operating model changes and regional readiness planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to close execution gaps.
• Balance global standards with local operating needs.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics and dashboards.
• Define SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge governance.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Improve data quality and reporting through systems enhancements.
• Coordinate vendor governance and audit documentation.
