lululemon seeks a Corporate Security & Facilities Manager - APAC based in Hong Kong to lead workplace experience, vendor management, and security across APAC SSCs and LLOs.

You will drive global standards while tailoring to local needs, ensuring compliant, brand-aligned workplaces and cross-functional collaboration with Global Facilities, Asset Protection, People & Culture, Finance, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate real estate.
• Experience in multi-site APAC environments preferred.
• Experience managing vendors and contract performance.
• Experience with workplace projects (moves, renovations, upgrades).
• Ability to operate within global models and deliver locally.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC workplace experience strategy, ensuring offices are premium, brand-aligned, and performance-enabled.
• Set consistent standards for office supplies and space experience and resolve complex issues.
• Manage the Hong Kong SSC as the CoE, with office coordinator(s) ensuring front desk standards.
• Ensure all touchpoints meet brand standards and support performance.
• Implement global corporate security standards across APAC SSCs and LLOs.
• Adapt global playbooks to local risk, regulatory, and legal requirements.
• Support audits, risk reviews, vendor oversight, and corrective action tracking.
• Support implementation of global facilities operating models across APAC while adapting to local requirements.
• Execute service delivery frameworks (SLAs, KPIs) and vendor performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of service through vendor coordination.
• Partner with Global Facilities to implement playbooks, SOPs, and tools.
• Leverage global resources to support operational efficiency and consistency.

• Support delivery of workplace projects including moves, renovations, and small-scale expansions.

about this team

Based at the Hong Kong SSC and reporting to the Director, International Asset Protection, the Corporate Security & Facilities Manager - APAC is responsible for delivering facilities management & corporate security across all Store Support Centres (SSC) and lululemon Liaison Offices (LLOs) in APAC.

With a dotted line into Global Facilities & Corporate Security teams, this role partners closely to implement global standards, leveraging and consistently applying existing global operating models and tools across the region. Delivery is tailored to local market requirements where needed, ensuring workplaces remain compliant, locally relevant, and reflective of the lululemon brand.

The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-performing workplace environments across the region, working cross-functionally with Global Facilities, Asset Protection, People & Culture, Finance, and regional partners to enable business operations and a positive employee experience.

This role supports facilities operations across APAC through vendor management, and close partnership with in-market office teams (Office Managers, EAs, admins) ensuring consistent service and effective day-to-day operations.

• Implement global corporate security and safety standards across APAC SSCs and LLOs
• Adapt global playbooks to local risk, regulatory, and legal requirements
• Support audits, risk reviews, vendor oversight, and corrective action tracking
• Support implementation of global facilities operating models across APAC while adapting to local requirements
• Execute service delivery frameworks (SLAs, KPIs) and vendor performance
• Ensure consistent delivery of service (cleaning, maintenance, building operations, etc.) through vendor coordination

Global Alignment

• Partner with Global Facilities to implement playbooks, SOPs, and tools
• Leverage global resources to support operational efficiency and consistency
• Share regional feedback to support continuous improvement

Projects & Workplace Delivery

• Support delivery of workplace projects including moves, renovations, and small-scale expansions
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders on project coordination and execution
• Contribute to workplace planning activities as needed

Risk, Compliance & Partnerships

• Support compliance with local regulations and company standards across all locations
• Partner with Asset Protection on safety and risk-related processes
• Coordinate with People & Culture, Legal, and Finance to support operational requirements

Performance & Operations

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and support contract execution
• Monitor workplace performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support ongoing enhancements to the workplace experience through data and feedback
