lululemon is seeking a Buying Manager, Accessories for APAC on a 12 months contract in Hong Kong. You will lead the Accessories buying team, shape strategy, and partner with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Brand and Retail to deliver locally relevant assortments.

You will drive architecture, assortment and guest experience, manage a high‑performing team, and travel as needed. The role requires 7–10 years in merchant/buyer, 3–5 years in management, and a business degree.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in a merchant/buyer role, with 3-5 years management experience.
• Bachelor's degree In business/related field
• Vertical Retail experience is a must, Omni-channel experience is beneficial
• Balance of the art/science In Merchandising/Buying
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage upwards as well as peers/the team
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask
• Willingness to travel
