Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead strategy, planning and deployment across a diversified portfolio in Hong Kong. The role covers policy development, space and resource optimization, and oversight of high-tech campuses.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in building services engineering and enjoys coordinating with multi-discipline teams, vendors and government requirements. This on-site role offers growth within HK’s innovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or FM discipline is required.
10+ years’ post-qualification experience in operation and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure.
Experience with A&A and fit-out projects and related regulations.
Knowledge of intelligent building technologies and FM maintenance systems.
Hands-on skills with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite are required.

Responsibilities

Formulate FM strategy, policy, planning and space/resource management for the portfolio.
Oversee facilities service providers for new and existing properties in HK.
Monitor FM operations for continuous improvement and best practices.
Manage annual budgets and track income vs. expenditures.
Coordinate handover of new buildings and defect closure.
