The Hong Kong Jockey Club is seeking a Deputy Executive Manager for Property Facilities Technical Services to lead a multi-disciplinary technical team and ensure the reliability and performance of its property portfolio.

This role involves managing technical services, overseeing CAPEX support, and driving energy conservation and corporate sustainability initiatives across various locations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in facilities management and a proactive approach to leadership and teamwork.

Formación

• 15 years of experience in technical services and facilities management.
• At least 7 years in a managerial role leading multi-site or regional teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry ordinances and best technical management standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the performance of technical operation teams for service delivery.
• Manage technical support for CAPEX projects and enhance operational excellence.
