Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong leadership with excellent communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate a team and improve service delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training and development.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities and assist in budgets.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and maintain safety manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenant finish personnel, and technicians.
• Oversee building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Communicate with tenants, clients, owners, and vendors.
• Support acquisition of new management contracts and maintain as-built drawings.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
