Job summary

Global InsuranceCompany in Hong Kong is seeking a Sr. Officer, Facility and Technical Services to provide technical and facility support for HQ and Branch offices. You will work with Property Management and 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth operations and provide services to executives.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years working experience in Commercial Building Services.
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, written English and Chinese
• Organized and analytical skill required
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle stress and pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and facility support for HQ and branch offices.
• Coordinate with Property Management and 3rd party vendors.
• Manage incidents with escalation, fault finding and updates.
• Carry out proactive health checks and service continuity tasks.
• Oversee renovation projects to ensure on-track delivery with high accuracy.
• Supervise maintenance by technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate with users, suppliers and designers for renovation needs.
• Ensure site work follows user requirements and schedule with minimal supervision.
