Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to design and implement integrated AV-IT solutions at Taikoo Place. You will lead a multidisciplinary technical team, oversee MEP systems, and coordinate with different groups to ensure safe, compliant daily operations.

The ideal candidate has a Engineering degree or higher, 10+ years in property management, and 5+ years building maintenance at a managerial level; MHKIE/MCIBSE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV systems management at a managerial level.
• 10+ years in property management is required.
• 5+ years building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Degree in building services engineering or related discipline.
• MHKIE/ MCIBSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team for AV/MEP operations.
• Oversee inspection and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with Taikoo Place teams for daily operations.
• Ensure project delivery and work completion on schedule.
• Shape performance and future readiness of Taikoo Place.
