Job summary
Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a Manager, Digital Content, APAC to govern and elevate commercial content across the regional portfolio. You will combine content strategy, channel planning and expert copywriting to support business objectives, customer experience and conversion, while ensuring brand standards.
You’ll establish best practices, drive consistency, and collaborate with Brand, CRM, Social, Analytics and property stakeholders to optimize content, localization and AI-enabled opportunities
Qualifications
- Significant experience in digital content, commercial copywriting and content marketing.
- Experience with SEO, UX writing and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Proficient in CRM lifecycle communications, A/B testing and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Govern and optimize digital content across regional portfolio to support business goals.
- Establish best practices, governance and QA across channels and regions.
- Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Social, Analytics, and Property stakeholders.
- Drive localization, AI-enabled content opportunities and content governance.
- Lead content audits, accessibility reviews and compliance with brand standards.
- Balance strategy with hands-on execution to deliver audience-focused content.
