On is seeking a Senior Lead – Digital Marketing to orchestrate digital media strategy and cross-channel planning for the APAC region, excluding Mainland China. You will align regional goals with localized consumer insights and drive performance media execution to boost digital revenue.

You will lead budgeting across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels, while ensuring efficiency and strong agency collaboration across sub-markets.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading cross-channel digital media planning and strategy across the APAC region.
• Deep understanding of regional platform ecosystems and local consumer behaviors.
• Experience driving weekly commercial trading cadences, analyzing media performance against sales targets, and reallocating budgets dynamically.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual and quarterly cross-channel digital media planning for APAC, integrating brand, performance, and e-commerce media touchpoint.
• Manage budget allocation, phasing, weekly pacing, and forecasting across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and localized digital channels.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to monitor media spend efficiency and agency deliverables across assigned sub-markets.
