SPS UK&I Limited seeks an APAC Operations Manager to lead Corporate Services across Asia Pacific from Hong Kong. You will supervise mailroom, reception, workplace services and catering operations at the bank client's site, acting as the main representative for corporate services and aligning with regional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations management within financial services, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a hands-on, flexible approach to frontline activities.

Formación

• 5 years or above experience in Operation Management within banking, financial services or professional corporate environment.
• Experience in mailroom management, corporate services, or workplace solutions is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Corporate Service operations in Hong Kong and APAC region.
• Serve as primary onsite representative for Corporate Services matters.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues promptly; provide onsite support during shortages.
• Drive service improvements and standardization across APAC sites.
