Job summary

Fidelity International in Hong Kong seeks an Institutional Client Services Manager, APxJ, to oversee high-quality service delivery to institutional clients across Asia Pacific ex Japan. You will coordinate onboarding, mandate changes and ongoing servicing with internal teams, ensuring governance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years in financial services, ideally in institutional clients.
Experience managing onboarding, implementation and servicing
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex client matters and coordinate with internal teams

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and implementation for institutional clients across APAC ex Japan.
Partner with Sales, Legal, Operations and other teams to meet service commitments.
Maintain governance, client documentation and audit trails.
Identify service improvements using data and client feedback.
Support client retention and development activities with timely updates and governance.
