Job summary

Fidelity International in Hong Kong seeks a Client Services Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of institutional clients. You will act as the primary contact for operational matters, coordinating with Risk and Operations to ensure timely, accurate service and risk mitigation.

You will partner with Sales Directors to strengthen relationships and drive asset retention while collaborating with internal teams across the region to meet client expectations and regulatory

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, economics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in financial services, with institutional exposure.
• Knowledge of institutional investment processes from an operational view.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• SFC LE Paper 1 or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for operational and administrative client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to deepen client relationships and growth.
• Coordinate with Risk and Operations to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Manage onboarding for pooled funds and Fidelity’s fund range.
• Ensure audit trails and KYC documentation are complete and compliant.
• Support regional offices with consistent servicing standards.
