Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee Corporate Service operations in Hong Kong to ensure seamless day-to-day service delivery.
• Support SPS operations across the APAC region and drive regional initiatives.
• Act as primary onsite escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate external vendors and partners to maintain service quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with local and regional stakeholders.
